CHECK FOR HAVE READ UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPTED - The customer can withdraw from the agreement within 15 days from the day today. Subsequent cancellations will be so regulated as follows: cancellation within 8 months from the date of service, the photographer agrees to reserve the date exclusively, this involves the exercise of the right by the photographer to retain the deposit paid pursuant to Article 1385 CC, with no pretense . cancellation within 120 days from the date of service, the customer is still required to pay an amount equal to 60% of the total agreed amount to cover the loss of earnings (Art. 2227 CC)
CHECK FOR HAVE READ UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPTED - Photographer Alessandro Ghedina agrees to be personally present on the day of the event. For any reason the photographer wishes to terminate the contract, nothing will be due to him, the deposit will be returned completely. If the photographer wishes to withdraw from the contract within 120 days from the date of the marriage is required to return the deposit completely +300 € in compensation for the inconvenience caused. If the day of the ceremony, the photographer had to be physically unable to come to serious physical problems (accident sickness etc) and he was not able to find a suitable replacement with similar features, price and terms of delivery, there is nothing to he will be due and the deposit will be fully refunded.
